PottersHeart in Bognor Regis
As a group we are so pleased and honoured to be able give our donations for tea, coffee and cake and money raised from crafts we sell to PottersHeart for the projects in Kenya. a parag
We are a new group, only starting in September, but have tried to cover plenty of different crafts like making cards, felt hearts and Christmas stockings, Christmas decorations, decorating plates, Pom poms and sock monsters. Some ladies bring their own craft or use the time to finish off long term projects, some ladies just come for a chat and a bit of a social! Several ladies have been taught to knit and there are plans for crochet lessons too, for beginners and to learn new techniques and stitches for those that already crochet. Of course we will be learning new crafts throughout the year too, like painting and decorating mugs, dry clay, making bracelets and beads to name a few. We had a very productive Christmas craft stall in December and are planning to do others.
Look forward to meeting you.

We are a group of ladies who meet on a Thursday morning from 10 - 12 at:
The Beehive, 31 William Street, Bognor Regis, PO21 5LH.
On the last Thursday of each month we extend the meeting until 2pm so we can share lunch together.
Find us on our Facebook page PottersHeart, Bognor.
No need to book, just come along, everyone is welcome
Our latest project, that has taken off and expanded well beyond the craft group, is the community knitting squares project. We will gather the squares together during the year to make blankets for a trip to Kenya in November. We think that if the squares keep coming in as they are, we will have enough to make blankets for locals charities as well. We welcome donations of double knit yarn or money to buy it. gr
